Moving around as a group allows children to interact with one another. Our games allow children to develop social interaction skills to start their social emotional learning.
Meditation teaches children to control their emotions to handle daily and lifetime struggles. Facing failure and making decisions can put a lot of pressure on children, and yoga can help them relax and refocus.
We end our sessions with group discussions to communicate with love. We encourage children to trust themselves, express their feelings confidently, and make the right decisions.
