How does yoga help school kids with emotional management?

Lan Lan Yoga helps school kids to manage their emotions through emotional management activities, such as yoga and meditation. This helps keep it fun by combining it with some fun activities for kids! Charles Witherspoon, the after-school service staff at Henry Street Settlement, decided to collaborate with Lan Lan on helping kids learn emotional management.
